GEOGRAPHY STUDENTS LOCATE WELCOME CENTRE

A couple of students from the University of Leicester pop in at the Welcome Centre this afternoon. Kathryn Styan and Sahil Thaper are first year Geography students, who've been set a project to identify sources of evidence and gather proof that shows whether or not Leicester truly is a multicultural city. The students have to use their own initiative to locate and collect evidence. Kathryn and Sahil used theirs to find us! They leave with a couple of sets of our brochures, introducing the eight member communities on the Council of Faiths and some of our social media flyers. I persuade them to stop long enough for a photo. They can use this blog entry as evidence of what they've done.
