Festival time for venues

Leicester's Cultural Quarter will host An Indian Summer Festival when it returns to the city next month.

The festival - which attracted 3,500 visitors last year - will run from Thursday, June 27, to Sunday, June 30. Film festivals, workshops, performances and Indian stalls will be held at venues including Curve, the LCB Depot and Phoenix Square.

Phoenix, which will screen Indian films including Zanjeer, Barfi and Midnight's Children.
