COUNCIL OF FAITHS BOARD MEETING

Meeting of the Board of Directors of Leicester Council of Faiths this evening at the Welcome Centre, Bishop Street, Town Hall Square. Of our eight member faith communities, five are represented in this meeting (Bahá'í, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim). Among topics discussed this evening: our annual Peace Pilgrimage coach tour of selected places of worship around Leicester; our 25th anniversary; our Annual General Meeting (the date for which is fixed this evening on 11 October, although we haven't agreed a venue or guest speaker); Holocaust Memorial Day 2012.
